This year’s meeting will take place on September 18-19, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas.
The meeting offers an excellent opportunity for information exchange, and if you have any questions about FWD equipment, data collection or analysis you can most likely get them answered.
- Technical Presentations will take place in the afternoon on Wednesday and all day on Thursday.
- We will be conducting the general business meeting during this meeting.
- The annual board elections will be held during the next in-person meeting.
- Presentation sessions will last one to one-and-a-half hours with breaks and exhibitor breakouts between the presentations.

HOTEL INFORMATION
The conference hotel will be the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel located at 1701 Commerce Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
Standard Rooms are $175/night plus tax. The hotel room cutoff date is Wednesday August 28, 2024. After this date, there is no guarantee that you will receive the conference rate.

TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is located approximately 22-miles from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
(DFW). The hotel offers on-site overnight parking for a $48/night fee to registered hotel guests.
On-street parking also available but is only free after 6pm.
Public transportation and car rentals are available. Additionally, there is also a train that provides
services from the airport. The Trinity Railway Express runs to and from the DFW Airport and is
approximately $2.00 each way/per person. The station is not far from the hotel. More
